– Baking Powder (2 teaspoon)
– Salt (3/4 teaspoon)
– Whole Butter Milk (3/4 cup)
– Melted Butter (1 tablespoon)
– Cheese
– Spicy Orange-Peach Butter
– Baking Soda (1/2 teaspoon)
– Cold Butter (1/2 cup- cut into pieces)
– Thinly Sliced Ham (12 ounces)
– Mayonnaise
How to make Ham Biscuit
Instructions to make Ham Biscuit
1. To make this dish, preheat oven to 450°F.
2. Mix together all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, granulated sugar and salt in a bowl.
3. Now cut cold butter and blend it in a pastry blender until mixture is crumbly.
4. Now add whole buttermilk, and stir until mixture comes together in a ball like dough.
5. After this, knead the dough three to four times.
6. Lightly flour top of dough and a rolling pin.
7. Now roll dough into a rectangle shape and fold dough in half.
8. Now repeat the rolling and folding procedure again.
9. After this cut the dough in a small pieces in biscuit shape.
10. Place parchment paper on baking sheet and then place biscuits 1 inch apart on a baking sheet lined.
11. Now bake it in preheated oven until golden brown.
12. Now put baked ham between two biscuits.
13. Now for serving, brush tops of hot biscuits with melted butter and serve it.
