According to Job Eligibility, if you have all the qualities and qualifications to apply for that job, but your resume is not good, then all your qualifications are of no use. If this is not good then recruiters will not select you for interview without reading it. We can also call it Sale Later or Advertisement, which effectively presents our qualifications and qualities in front of the Interviewer. Purpose of Resume

When a vacancy of any company comes, the company removes ads for Job Profile, Role, Responsibility, Eligibility, Qualification for that vacancy, then the HR Manager of that company asks for a it from the candidate before the interview. On the basis of this document, HR Manager shortlist the candidate for that Job Profile. He sees whether that candidate has the qualifications, skills, experience or not which is necessary for that job position.

All this information is known to the HR Manager from this document itself. Based on this, the HR Manager calls the candidate for interview. If any candidate goes to any company to give interview without knowing the vacancy and after going there he comes to know that the vacancy is not according to his qualification, then he wastes both the company and his time.
