Rice (2- big cup)
Onion (1 finely chopped)
Tomato (1 finely chopped)
Carrots (2 finely chopped)
peas (2 cups)
Capsicum (2 finely chopped)
Beans (1 cup)
Green chili (1 finely chopped)
Ginger paste (1 tbsp)
Cumin (1/2 tbsp)
Red chili (1/2 tbsp)
Garam Masala (1/2 tbsp)
Chaat masala (1/2 tbsp)
Turmeric (1/4 tbsp)
Coriander (1/2 tbsp)
Oil (2 tbsp)
Salt (as per taste)

Preparation Time- 15 Minutes
Cooking time- 20 minutes
Total Time- 35 Minutes

How to make Veg Fried Rice – Instructions

1. To make this dish, first of all keep all the ingredients in one place.

2. Now put oil in a pan and heat it.

3. In hot oil, add cumin and chili, finely chopped onions and fry.

4. After the onion turns light brown in color, add ginger garlic paste and fry for a while.

5. Now add tomato, turmeric, coriander, powder, garam masala etc. and cook for some time.

6. When the tomatoes melt well, then put the chopped vegetables in it.

7. Mix the vegetable well and cook it on low flame for 3 to 4 minutes.

8.  When the vegetable is cooked well, then add rice, salt, chaat, masala, tomato sauce and mix it well.
